1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery with proof (clear photos or an unboxing video).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for used, washed, or altered items. Unstitched suits, stitched dresses, and bedsheets must be returned in unused condition with original packaging and tags.

3. How to Request a Return/Exchange

To start a return or exchange, email support@hayafabrics.com with your order number, item details, reason, and proof. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for return/exchange unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service for secure delivery.

5. Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send a replacement (if available). If the item is out of stock, we may offer store credit or an alternative item.

6. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds. In eligible cases, store credit will be issued for future purchases.
